COVID-19 Ties Planet - Latest Update 09.25am 08/10/2020

Dear all,

First and foremost, it goes without saying that we hope you and your loved ones are keeping safe and well during this unprecedented time.

As an online shop, we are currently still open and able to dispatch orders placed before 2.30pm on a weekday on the same day. 

Throughout this situation, we have followed government advice closely. We can assure you we are strictly following government advice on social distancing measures.

Royal Mail are our delivery partner, who have made appropriate changes to their procedures to help prevent the spread of infection. You can read all their coronavirus updates here. Of note is that their special delivery service for next day deliveries has been changed to ensure delivery by 4pm on the next working day rather than 1pm.

We are a small, hard working business and would like to sincerely thank everyone who has placed an order during this hugely challenging time. We can assure you that any order placed during this period is hugely appreciated (as always) and will be remembered forever.
