Returns & Refunds
We offer a 90 days no quibble return policy. We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Ties Planet. However, should you wish to return goods for any reason whatsoever we will gladly provide a refund or exchange with no fuss. All that we ask is that you let us know within 90 days of purchase. Whether you are unhappy with the colour or quality of the item or have simply changed your mind we aim to process all refunds and exchanges as efficiently as possible.
The standard delivery charge which you paid for us to send the order to you will also be refunded if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return, then send the goods to us within a further 7 days.

When returning your item(s) we need the following in the package to be able to process the refund quickly and efficiently:
1. The returned item(s)
2. Your order reference number
We advise customers to obtain a proof of postage, an option currently offered at Post Office counters for no additional cost, when sending returns to us. Please note that the cost of postage for returning items to Ties Planet is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed unless items are faulty.
Any returned products must be in the original undamaged packaging and should not have been used or damaged in any way. Unfortunately any returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be refunded. Ties Planet Limited cannot be held responsible for orders that are returned and fail to arrive at Ties Planet and no refunds will be made in such cases or any other cases where an item has not been received by Ties Planet. Charges for Next Working Day Delivery or Guaranteed Saturday Delivery will not be refunded if items are returned unless the returned items are defective.
