How much is delivery and how is my item delivered?
Standard delivery to the UK is £1.99. This is using Royal Mail 1st Class post.
Do you offer next day delivery?
For just £5.95 we can now offer next working day delivery to UK addresses. Orders must be made before 2.30pm Monday to Friday to guarantee next working day delivery.
Simply choose UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery option during checkout. Please note that a signature will be required on delivery of your order.
Please note that orders placed with next day delivery on Friday will reach you Monday.
What packaging do you use?
Our ties are posted in sealed, bubble air mail bags. This ensures that your purchase will reach you in perfect condition. As added protection the tie(s) will be placed in a plastic tie bag.
How soon will my order be delivered to me?
Any orders made before 2:30pm will be posted same day. Orders made after 2:30pm will be despatched the following working day.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. This generally means the item will arrive next day, though we have no control over this and cannot guarantee it.
I am outside the UK, can you deliver to me?
We aim to be able to deliver to any major country using Royal Mail Standard Airmail. Shipping to EU countries will be £2.50. Shipping to the USA and Canada is £4.00. Shipping to the rest of the world is £4.00.
